Executive Choices provides government-contracting research, coordination, sourcing, workflow tools, and business-development support. Automated outputs are planning aids and first-pass work products. They are not legal, accounting, cybersecurity-certification, procurement-official, or guaranteed award advice.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for checking the controlling solicitation, every amendment, representations and certifications, eligibility, pricing, signatures, submission method, deadline, and final government receipt. Never rely on a generated result without reviewing the authoritative source.
No award guarantee
Payment for a service or use of the platform does not guarantee qualification, responsiveness, contract award, subcontract award, certification, registration approval, or government acceptance.
Vendor and partner results
Candidate scores are preliminary screening indicators. Customers must independently verify licenses, insurance, exclusions, ownership claims, availability, capacity, past performance, pricing, security requirements, and current registration before making a commitment.
Authorized use
Users must provide accurate information, protect their access, avoid unlawful or misleading submissions, and obtain authority before entering information belonging to another organization. Executive Choices may suspend misuse or activity that threatens customers, systems, or third parties.
Service engagement
Paid hands-on work, deadlines, deliverables, fees, third-party costs, and responsibilities are governed by the applicable written scope or service agreement.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and billing
Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Customers may manage supported payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the secure billing portal in My Account. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not create a refund for a completed billing period unless required by law or stated in a separate written agreement. One-time professional-service payments follow the applicable written scope.
