Response priorities
- Urgent: active submission, payment-access failure, or security concern—identify the deadline in the subject.
- Standard: account, billing, workflow, CRM, document, or supplier questions.
- Planning: readiness, pipeline development, partnerships, and long-term growth support.
Self-service
Use My Account for profile, billing, usage, notifications, and data export. Use the voice guide on any page for navigation. Check Platform Status before reporting a technical interruption.
Privacy and account requests
Customers may download their stored account workspace data from My Account. To request correction or deletion, email the verified account address to LDS@ExecutiveChoices.net. Deletion is reviewed before execution so active subscriptions, government-record obligations, and fraud-prevention records are handled safely.
Security boundary
Do not submit passwords, verification codes, banking credentials, classified information, export-controlled information, protected health information, or controlled unclassified information through ordinary forms or email.
